Hey, my computer was hacked the other day. So i downloaded malwarebytes and ran it and removed all it found. then i ran avg and removed all it found. i even ran avg pc tune up after all of that. My computer today is going really slow and alot of prgrams dnt want to work correctly. So i was going to restore my computer, but my laptop will only let me back up my computer on to cds or jump drives, and i dont have one big enough to back it up considering it can take up to 100 gbs (thats what the computer told me). i also installed zone alarm security which is a firewall prgram. I was thinking maybe that is what is slowing my comp down and preventing alot of programs from running. i dont want to uninstall it to see because the hacker got past my computers built in firewall and my norton internet security firewall. Im not sure what to do guys, any advice/help would be amazing. Ill list some programs that wont work right.

internet works good one moment then seems to lag at other times
and so far today i havent had any pop up warnings about attacks. The computer i have is a hp g62-341 NR notebook, and im using a good wireless internet connection.
I also turned off remote acess yesterday as advice from avg, the comp was slow already yesterday but idk if that would make it worse dealing with internet based games and programs
i have avg anti virus now, i uninstalled norton internet security. i also have malwarebytes, which usually doesent tend to be a problem if you have an anti virus program. and i cnt restore bc i cnt back ne thing up. the systems intreanal restore point is from yesterday which does me no good
And ps gman, if i had the money to i prolly would. but since im e a broke person using what i can i cant really do that lol bsides my granfather is getting this laptop throgh payments from aarons rental untill i get some money to finish paying
